Jerry Vainisi
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to Vision 4 Fund Distributors, Jerry was a Co-Founder and Head of Distribution at TS Capital, LLC. Before founding TSC, Jerry was the Managing Director & National Sales Manager of Eaton Vance for 13 years where he served as the senior member of one of the industry’s most successful and respected sales teams. Prior to his 13 years at Eaton Vance, Jerry worked for John Nuveen & Co. as a wholesaler in Manhattan.
Neil Sullivan
Managing Director – Product Origination
Prior to Vision 4 Fund Distributors, Neil was responsible for National Accounts at TS Capital, LLC. Neil spent 19 years in senior leadership positions at the Eaton Vance Organization. This included CAO of Institutional/International Accounts, Managing Director of National Accounts and Sales Director for the fee-based advisory channel. Neil was a key member of the distribution company leadership team responsible for the syndication of 38 equity and fixed-income closed-end funds from 1998 to 2007 raising in excess of $24 Billion.
Dave Gard
Managing Director – National Sales
Dave has over 35 years of financial industry experience. His retail career began at Investors Diversified Services and EF Hutton before moving into wholesale sales in limited partnerships and management of mutual funds. During his time at New England Funds and SunAmerica Mutual Funds, Dave brought both companies’ most successful mutual funds to market. Dave brings vast experience in management, operations, marketing and origination to the team.
Paul Kujalowicz
Managing Director – Operations
Paul has over 20 years of industry experience and was a top producer in sales and Vice President at SunAmerica Mutual Funds. Paul brings his extensive mutual fund experience as well as his prior business operating knowledge to the team.
Henry Johnson
Managing Director – Product Origination
Prior to Vision 4, Henry was COO at TS Capital, LLC. and was responsible for overseeing corporate operations as well as serving as a leader on the product origination team. His product structuring knowledge is a valuable asset to the process of bringing new funds to market in the ’40 Act space. Henry has experience providing turnkey solutions for closed-end and open-end mutual funds and unit investment trusts.
